1. Introduction

6. Banking and Payment Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services due to disputes or limitations of liability arising from regulatory requirements, security measures, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other breaches these terms or engages in prohibited activities. Upon termination, we will return any unwithdrawn funds and cease provision of services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kahnawake (Canada). Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant jurisdiction, at our option.

12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between us and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, both written and oral.
